Compatibility

How do I know if my phone is compatible?
Scroll down for a list of compatible phones. If your phone is not on the list, please refer to the manufacturer of your phone. If you are unsure whether your phone is compatible, do not order as you will be charged whether you are able to receive your ringtone or not.

Is my network able to use this service?
Please check with your service provider before ordering your ringtone. When ordering polyphinic ringtones you will need to have GPRS activated before ordering. To activate GPRS, contact your service provider.

What is GPRS?
GPRS (General Packet Radio Service) is used to send and receive data. Polyphinic ringtones are sent via GPRS, so you will need to check with your service provider.

How do I set up GPRS on my mobile phone?
Please contact the manufacturer of your mobile phone for help setting up GPRS. The following websites are also available:
